Air Charter Service regularly supports NGOs, governments and aid agencies to coordinate a wide range of cargo charters, from heavy equipment and vehicles to tents, blankets and food supplies. Over the years, we’ve played an integral role in almost every major relief effort around the globe An exciting 1 year placement opportunity has become available to join the Cargo division and work alongside the Director of Government and Humanitarian Services as a Research Assistant. The duties will include but are not limited too: - Researching United Nation divisions and international non-governmental organisations (NGOs) - Organising information into clearly formatted documents that can be accessed by our brokers worldwide - Accurately entering information into our CRM system - Liaising with brokers to track the progress made on new contacts - Assisting brokers with administration when registering ACS as a vendor - Any other ad hoc administration tasks **Qualifications** - Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when inputting data - Ability to research and analyse large amounts of data and information - Confident knowledge of excel - Ability to work independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ** Must live within a commutable distance to the job location** ***This is a 1 year student placement position** **Additional Information** - ** £25,000 per annum starting salary**: - 22 days’ holiday per year - Free breakfast and lunch in our onsite canteen "The Hangar" - Free onsite gym and classes - Private healthcare and Pension - Cycle to Work Scheme - 2x "giving back" charitable days a year - Employee assistance programme (EAP) - Onsite Car Park Check us out on social media LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok - Twitter - Youtube **DIVERSITY & INCLUSION**: Here at ACS we're passionate about bringing people together to create a truly inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity, across our global network of offices.
