- Accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
- Providing support to the wider Accounting & Finance team.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial legislation and standards.
- Assisting with the annual audit process.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

- A strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
