RTA Portal Fee Earner: Doncaster

**Description**:

- Progressing your own caseload of claimant RTA files through stages 2 and 3 of the MOJ Portal
- Assessing quantum and causation
- Conducting research into case law
- Diary management including diarising key dates
- Liaising with clients, third parties and other organisations to obtain information and resolve queries
- Negotiating settlements

This role is within a firm of Solicitors based in Doncaster and offers the potential for internal progression. A competitive salary is on offer along with a performance bonus AND an attendance bonus.

To be considered for this position you should have experience of running cases through the MOJ Portal stages 2 and 3. You should have worked within a target driven environment and have excellent client care and communication skills.
