**Telesales Representative**Package:

**Telesales Representative**Role:

- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed and valuable conversations with clients
- Use researching tools and techniques to identify new sales leads that could grow the company customer base
- Being creative in you methods, perform prospect outreach and build initial relationships with key stakeholders by generating an interest in the company’s impressive product portfolio
- Maintain strong communication with both existing and prospect clients, booking sales meetings for Account Managers to seek new business opportunities
- Maintain customer focus when co coordinating with colleagues and customers on projects and queries
- Manage the company CRM system, ensuring all client information and sales activity is recorded efficiently and accurately

**Telesales Representative**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own time
- Commercial acumen
