Reporting directly to Carine, our Marketing and Digital Director, you will be a key driver of change in our organisation, leveraging your expertise to shape the future of our marketing initiatives. With a team size of approximately 12 people, you will lead and inspire a talented group of marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities- Own all activity across four key categories; **Brand,** **Creative & Design, Category & Promotions and Local Marketing**- Define and uphold the customer value proposition across all customer segments- Develop a targeted promotional and category marketing strategy- Own the overall PR and social media strategy across all brands- Effectively influence internal colleagues, external agencies, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and maximise opportunities- Develop local marketing best practices to optimise effectiveness- Maintain and protect brand identity across all offline channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy- Brief creative teams, both internal and external, to deliver engaging campaigns across all channels
- Manage and develop talent within the Marketing team

What we need from you- Experience of working in a senior marketing role with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies- Have worked in a retail environment- Experience of working across multiple customer segments- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams- Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - you’ll be tenacious and energetic, and have the ability to keep persevering and overcome obstacles
