**Do you want to be part of the largest event ever to be held in the West Midlands?**

If successful, you will be supporting the Catering and Events operations, as an Event Supervisor or Assistant Manager, in the successful delivery of an event that will truly be something spectacular to be a part of Working a variety of shifts, The role will be on a temporary basis with the potential for future work in the hospitality sector at some of the most exciting venues in the city. You could be working at events that stretch from Coventry, Solihull, and Royal Leamington Spa to Cannock Chase Forest, Royal Sutton Coldfield, and Wolverhampton.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Maintaining clean and tidy BOH areas
- Cleaning equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery and ensuring availability of each in the correct areas
- Operating the industrial dishwashing machines
- Maintaining BOH areas to the highest standards
- Assisting with food preparation when requested
- Working and communicating effectively within the kitchen team and with FOH team members
- Completing due diligence and ensuring full compliance with relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations (training provided)

What you will need:
All you need to get started are some black safety boots and proof of right to work in the UK, to get started as soon as you like.
