Transactions Associate - PTP Processing - 12 months Please see the job description Performance Delivery - Support the PTP Supervisor/Manager in delivering SSC Transactions processes efficiently and effectively to ensure all PTP SLA's and KPI's are met - Process suppliers invoices and credit notes accurately and on timely manner to ensure payment within due date - Identify fraudulent invoices to prevent any potential financial loss to the business - Follow local legislation and VAT requirements across all countries in scope - Support the SSC PTP processes efficiently and effectively in line with Group Policies - Strive to achieve best practice performance levels as per benchmarks agreed with the Supervisor and the Transactions Manager Process Management and Improvement - Operate effective process management, ensuring bottlenecks are addressed and work appropriately balanced - Seek to improve current processes - Operate key business controls so that all work completed under remit is "right first time" - Support PTP Supervisors and Manager in identifying process gaps and suggest improvement to current processes - Thorough knowledge of end to end PTP process SAP flow to ensure audit and legal requirements are fulfilled Personal Development - Develop skills in line with PDR - Provide training and act as support for team members - cross entities training for colleagues and full training for new starters The Transactions Associate - PTP will be measured according to the below KPI's: 1. Volume of invoices processed by entity, by associate is equal to 70 per day. Any other task which affects the team goal is to be reported to Supervisor on the same day 3. Maintain payment on time on stable level (90% for suppliers / countries in scope) 4. Error rate at less than 1% level 5. Non duplicate payment made (error level at 0%) 6.
