**Customer Sales Advisor Position, 30 hours Gainsborough**

**Part Time Self Storage Customer Sales Advisor Position, 30 hours**

We have an excellent achievable commission package. Last year our Customer Advisors took their basic wage from £10.00 an hour to an average achieved £11.58 an hour.

The Customer Advisor role is merely a stepping on point as we need staff who we can fast track to higher positions within the company. With rapid expansion comes a need for rapid promotion

**Shift pattern - **Weekdays and rotational weekends

**Hours worked between Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat: 9:00am - 5pm, Sun: 10am - 2pm (NO LATE EVENINGS)**

Flexibility required to cover holidays / sickness and take part in the Sunday Rota.

**4 weeks holiday + EXTRA DAY OFF FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY**

**Start Date: IMMEDIATE**

**We are looking for**:

- A well presented, sociable and enthusiastic person to assist with the day to day running of our Gainsborough Self Storage Facility.
- You will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
- The job is situated within a relaxed but professional small team and in a pleasant environment working with nice colleagues and customers.
- You will be primarily tasked with ensuring the facility operates to its most efficient level whilst at the same time displaying a “can do” positive and pleasant attitude with all customers and colleagues.
- This will involve selling storage units and related products as well as general upkeep / cleaning of the facility for our customers.
- **Progression opportunities based on performance.**
- There is a generous bonus scheme in place in addition to the basic salary.
- 4 weeks holiday entitlement.
- **Rate: £10.00 / hr**

**Professional Skills**:

- Keyboard / IT Skills such as Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
- Experience of sales procedures being set and achieving targets would be preferential but not essential as full training will be provided.
- An understanding and experience of health & safety procedures.

**Personal Skills**:

- Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills through a helpful and “can do” attitude.
- Self motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a small team or alone.
- Of smart appearance.
- Highly punctual and excellent attendance record.
- Able to act off own initiative.
