At Medtronic, we don't make products, - we make an impact. “Interventional Oncology” is an independent part within Neuromodulation, that focuses on the groundbreaking innovative solutions in the field of low invasive Interventional Oncology treatments. Think technology that dramatically improves patients' quality of life. And we are looking for a passionate Sales Professional to take our mission to the next level. This is a field-based role covering the North of the UK.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Manage a large region where efficient and flexible planning of your time is key.
- Promote and sell our Interventional Oncology products, but you also change lives - you are not just selling, but really helping people
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals especially with Interventional Radiologists, Radiology staff and Purchasers that underline the importance of high quality Oncology treatment care for the future
- Discover what the customer needs and provide them with customized solutions that change their world - leads are your fuel
- Be our eyes and ears in the market - trends, competition, feedback, you have it all in view and translate it into opportunities
- Together within our International Interventional Team, you implement smart strategies that ensure growth, creating a bigger impact and more satisfied customers

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Able to work independently like a pro and manage large client accounts with ease
- Influence not only your clients, but also your own team
- Inspire, motivate and create solutions
- Improve processes, making them better, smarter and more efficient
- Excellent communication skills - convincing, clear and always with a dash of flair
- Able to create consensus and bring everyone on board
