A unique independent bar and restaurant. Offering hundred of different gins as well as hundreds of other drinks and food.

We are looking for an experienced restaurant server to join our established Bar and Restaurant in the heart of Southsea to supervise our floor team.

The Supervisor will be passionate about food and drinks, have at least one year restaurant experience and great organisational skills and be able to work under a fast pace environment. Cocktail and bar knowledge is also preferable.

Evening and Weekend Availability is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing shifts independently or alongside the Owners
- Opening and closing the restuarant
- Money handling including cashing up at the end of the day
- Deliver great customer servive and actively seek reveiws from customers
- Maintain a happy, efficent team of staff who work together as one team front and back of house.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour
