Working with the Head of HSE and other members of the Senior Leadership team to manage the overall Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategic direction of the Loxam Powered Access Division, driving the continual improvement of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability standards across all areas of the business. To keep raising the bar on performance with a focus on administration, compliance and strategic project planning.

Assisting the Head of HSE to work with customer and industry groups to shape and influence the development and implementation of the highest Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability standards possible for our product type and market sectors, particularly within Construction.

Maintain Corporate Social Responsibility related accreditations and report in line with the Loxam Powered Access Division and Loxam Group requirements.

Salary Range - Up to £30,000 p/a plus great benefits

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure regular communications on CSR Progress and work with Communications Teams to deliver
- Develop with Launchpad Team a CSR+ Launchpad Page and ensure that it is kept up to date with relevant information
- Work with the Marketing Team on ensuring appropriate and relevant CSR related information is held on the company website and is kept updated
- Organise and coordinate events related to CSR mainly within the UK but in liaison with Rapid and Ireland
- Own various aspects of CSR such as Charity Committee and be the main liaison for Charity Partners
- Liaise with other LOXAM BU’s regarding CSR and sharing of best practice etc

**Experience and Skills**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word and Excel
- Experience of working with, maintaining and analysing data using Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
- The ability to plan and prioritise workloads daily
- Able to work under own initiative

**Desirable**
- Knowledge and understanding of CSR topics
- Qualification in one or more CSR related topics
- Previous experience working in one or more CSR related topics (i.e H&S, Sustainability, People & Culture)
- Previous experiences in dealing with Charity partnerships
- Previous experience of dealing with Accreditations and Certifications
