There may be no "I" in "team", but you understand that your individual performance is important, and you will compete to be a top contributor to theoverall team's success. **Role Summary**: You will be joining an existing team of like-minded Graduate Sales Development representatives helping to develop sales within the healthcare sector. Supporting a forward thinking solution, which is helping to revolutionisethe market and reduce cost for the healthcare sector. You will prospect C level executives within the sector, gaining fantastic commercial exposure and experience. The company is committed to enrolling you on a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship programme alongsideyour position, providing you with accredited qualifications once completed. **As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, the package you will receive is**: - £23,000 plus £5,000 uncapped commission in Y1 - Level 4 sales apprenticeship training - Mobile - Laptop - Your birthday off - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Manchester City Centre office **What you will do**: **First 6 months** - Learn a lot - Promoting solutions to healthcare professionals - Contribute to finding and developing new business opportunities - Hitting targets daily **Next 6-12 months** - Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month - Begin to learn and understand the full sales process - Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
