Multi Trade Painter

Our Plymouth Capital division has been consistently growing and securing new contracts, and as a result we are looking for a **Multi Trade Painter & Decorator** to join our team. You will be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working across the Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall areas working within a variety of public and residential environments.

**The Multi Trade Painter role**:
**You will be working across multiple workstreams, within Devon, on various **Social Housing planned Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet room programmes, Fire Doors and specialist projects.
- Completing a variety of painting and decorating duties within public, residential and commercial environments
- As a multi you will also be required to complete various multi trade works in addition to painting, which could include, basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, flooring and basic plumbing
- You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales
- Yours, the team and the customers Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Painter?**
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in painting & decorating, or similar professional body is desirable
- Domestic experience as a Painter & Decorator, along with other trade skills which could include all or some of the following skills; basic carpentry/joinery, tiling, patch plastering, basic plumbing and flooring.
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
- A good demeanour with the ability to converse with the public and residents in a professional manner
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the **Multi Trade Painter role - **own van is preferred but a shared van can be discussed at interview
