**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Luxome, an innovative student home provider in Manchester and Salford.

This full time role will be customer facing and suit someone who is creative and cheery whilst also able to manage administrative workflow and has a flair for social media.

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a central role in driving resident occupancy and enhancing customer experiences by delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support. You’ll oversee the entire resident journey, from handling initial inquiries and managing tenancy progression to facilitating a seamless move-in process, ensuring every step is smooth and customer-focused. Working with the Head of Marketing and Operations, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to create innovative campaigns and video content.
- Creating social media and blog posts
- Working directly with the Head of Marketing and Operations to ensure letting targets are met and residents are progressed through the customer journey promptly.
- Providing support to the Property Manager.
- Involvement in marketing and promotion including website management.
- Support with a variety of administrative tasks

This role is based at our office in Old Trafford at Empress Business Centre, with potential to travel to properties across Greater Manchester from time to time.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Keen interest in social media
- Residential lettings experience is desired but not essential
- ARLA qualified would be an advantage but not essential
- Desire and passion to deliver a highest standards
- IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly
- A full UK driving license and your own car is preferable

**Experience**:

- Residential Lettings: (desired but not essential)

Licence/Certification:

- ARLA (preferred)

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year

- Yearly bonus
