**Purpose of role**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- To effectively deliver the day-to-day Inspection plans through preplanning and effective communication with the Manufacturing Operatives and Warehouse Team
- Managing return requests ensuring reports detail any errors, returns, or stock for resale.
- Process change note requests, ensuring all changes that influence quality control are managed effectively
- Ensure all products meet our Quality standards and strive to achieve first time pass rate
- Manage, highlight and fix any technical errors that may occur when electrically testing the units
- Understand and follow control schematic drawings to find wiring errors
- Assist in point inspections within manufacturing builds
- Support operatives with any quality concerns they might have
- Ensure all product labeling, QC packs, QCS documents and AHU plaques are accurately completed on time
- Ensure any quality control documentation is filled out correctly and in full and is always filed correctly after each product is quality control checked
- Record and report on quality concerns and communicate with manufacturing team
- To observe all signs, instructions and procedures relevant to Health & Safety.
- All other reasonable requests made by your Team Leader and/or line manager.
- To be flexible with overtime where needed to support the department or other related departments

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£24,185.00 per year
