Working alongside our Graphic designs, copy writers, brand team and stakeholders on the creation and delivery of high-quality, creative assets, maintaining brand vision and goals, to contribute towards global product launches, campaigns, event and other planned and ad hoc activity.

**A typical day would involve**:

- Create visually engaging assets for print and digital use, including but not limited to event stands, infographics, GIFs, social media assets, paid ads, brochures (including interactive), Powerpoint/Google slide presentations and eDMs to support marketing campaigns and ad hoc activity
- Working alongside our category lead designers, copywriters, media team and stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and to deliver high-quality, professional assets from concept to delivery.
- Create and deliver the visual concepts, helping to bring ideas to life before creation with scamps and mock ups.
- Collaborate with our Media team to follow/create visual concepts/styles to ensure consistent campaign assets across design, video and photography.
- Create dynamic templates on the RI Content Centre (via InDesign plug-in) to enable local markets to localise centrally produced assets.
- Prepare and design presentations, artwork and copy layouts to brand aligned templates.
- Source graphics and edit/manipulate stock imagery and vectors for their intended use.
- Align and manage stakeholder expectations from end to end.
- Understand, track and meeting deadlines, adhering to team approval processes, budgets, naming conventions, and digital asset management. Being jointly accountable for on-time team delivery of assets.
- Design and distribute impactful eDMs to launch and drive market engagement for new product, solution and campaign assets. In addition to designing on-brand mock ups (as a guide to markets) and HTML-ready eDMS for external communications.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Graphic Design, Brand or Advertising Qualification

Role critical:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced experience of Adobe Creative Suite with particular strengths in Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign.
- Strong, professional design skills from concept through to delivery.
- Experience of animated GIF creation
- Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills for the purpose of professional design development
- 2+ years of Graphic design experience
- Ability to work at pace to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment, balancing multiple projects/activities.

- Organisational skills and ability to take robust instruction, whilst confident in exploring new techniques and sharing ideas with the team

Desirable:

- Usable knowledge of Premier Pro and AfterEffects.
- Microsoft Office suite experience, with particular focus on Powerpoint
- Google suite experience, with particular focus on Slides
