**Job Description - Operational Support Administrator - Sheffield**
We are looking to recruit experienced Operational Support Administrator to join our back-office team based at our Sheffield office, working with a team of individuals to meet Energy sectors targets and deadlines for setting up customer enquiries.
We are working on behalf of the major energy suppliers installing and replacing electrical fuse upgrades within customers properties, our job is to ensure these customers enjoy a first-class customer service experience, from the initial contact, technical surveys through to the final works to be carried out.

VOCON Energy Ltd is a newly established engineering business specialising in the installation of smart meters, industrial / commercial meters, electrical fuse upgrades and the provision of gas safe engineers to the utility sector. Our management team has over 40 years’ experience within the industry, having worked their way up from being meter fitters themselves. **The Role - (Key aspects of the job will involve)**:
- Responsible for inputting customer’s details into energy sector’s software
- Corresponding with customers to detain correct information
- Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.
- Identifying and correcting current categorisation if required
- Ensuring tasks are planned and completed within Client Target Response SLA’s
- Communicating with different departments across the business
- Working as a team to meet strict deadlines
- Key attention to detail
- Previous experience of working in an administration role
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate within the office team efficiently
- Ability to work to a high level of compliance
- Comfortable working with a small team and prepared to support in other areas across the business.
- Pleasant nature and great communicator (Verbal & Written), and above all wants to deliver a great customer service.
- Proactive / think on your feet.
- Good knowledge of IT - Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Office - Excel Spread sheets, Power Point is essential.
**The package**
Location: Sheffield - S9 5PH - Darnall, Sheffield J34
Hours 37.5Hrs - Operating Window (09.00am - 05.00pm)
**Salary**: £20k to £23k - Subject to experience
Other: The business also operates a generous bonus / Incentive scheme along with holidays, pension, paid overtime, and support with training to aid with your personal development.
