Our client's well respected franchised dealership in Bristol is looking to fill an exciting Transaction Manager role.

Ideally, you will have experience of the Transaction Manager role so that you can slot straight into the role. It will involve stacking deals together, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products, providing quotes for customers, and seeing eachdeal through to the point of handover, ensuring all paperwork is completed and that every customer is aware of the products available.

**Main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Deliver the financial business plan
- Manage operations in line with FSA standards
- Coach and mentor sales executives
- Produce and analyse reports
- Support the Sales Manager

**The successful person will**:

- Robust understanding of effective sales techniques
- Strong numerical knowledge
- Ability to self-motivate
- Be an ambassador for the brand
