**TRAINEE SOLICITOR - PRIVATE CLIENT**

**SALARY: £20,217 PER ANNUM**

**LOCATION: VARIOUS**

Due to continued business success and growth at GloverPriest Solicitors we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Solicitor who will, once qualified, work within our expanding **Private Client (Wills, Probate & Lasting Powers of Attorney) department.**

The Trainee Solicitor position is ideally suited for applicants who have already completed an LLB Law Degree or those that have completed an alternative Legal qualification (ie: CILEX).

This is an amazing opportunity The role can be based out of any one of our Midlands based offices, Tamworth, Lichfield, Stourbridge, Quinton or Kings Heath

**_We are offering the successful Trainee Solicitor:_**

**_Roles and Responsibilities of the Trainee Solicitor will be:_**
- Assist with the filing and archiving of documentation supporting the Private Client team and Fee Earners.
- Complete administrative tasks including start up letters, engagement letters, client feedback, document filing.
- Data entry
- Contacting clients and potential clients for paperwork.
- Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring clients, assisting with any queries.
- Assist with the set-up and closure of new client files.
- Assist with other administrative as necessary.

**_Experience:_**
- Experience of working within a legal setting would be advantageous (paralegal) but not essential
- Experience working in an administrative role or office junior role would be beneficial but not required.

**_Knowledge:_**
- Good level of communication.

**_Skills / Abilities:_**
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player
