At a time of great excitement for our Company with our ongoing Downtown Grantham Designer Outlet project, we are seeking Sales Assistants to join our Beds and Bedroom Furniture departments and Fragrance department at weekends.

You will focus on offering excellent customer service in a busy and varied environment, building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations on high value items to maximise sales opportunities. You will also undertake general housekeeping within your area and till work, as required.

You will be at an advantage if you have relevant retail experience, although this is not essential and training will be provided as required.

Hours are 8 per week usually worked across both days at weekends for our role working on our Bedrooms departments, or 6 hours worked on three out of four Sundays for our Fragrance department vacancy. Flexibility is key for both roles and you should be occasionally available to work varying shift patterns and differing days if required.
