The role of Property Investment Consultant entails primarily telephone negotiations with potential investors based in both the UK and around the world for apartments in a number of our developments throughout the north of England.

**What you'll need?**

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

- 2+ years’ experience within a property sales environment
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexible in terms of workload
- Confident, articulate, self motivated, positive
- Self-motivated and capable of working under their own initiative
- Great organisational and strong IT skills
- Be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Highly target driven with the ability to produce results

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
