**The Company**

**Responsibilities**

You will quickly become a key member of the team and play an important role in the productivity of day to day dispatch of orders, covering picking, packing, goods in, and post collection processes. You will also be a supervisor to a team of temporary staff who will assist you, gathering their KPI’s and making informed decisions from those figures. You will also be expected to work the occasional Sunday at either of our locations.

This can be a very fast paced environment with the processing of orders potentially increasing substantially during seasonal periods so you must be able to work under pressure and be able to think on your feet.

**Skills**:

- Management experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
- Ability to motivate a team and listen to their concerns
- The ability to spot errors in day-to-day processes and suggest solutions.
- Organisational Skills
- Knowledge or experience of manual handling equipment and warehouse management systems
- An acceptable knowledge of Google drive and the apps it comes with (mainly Google Sheets) or a quick learner.
- Focused on cleanliness with a keen attention to detail.

**The Job**
- You will be required to supervise and monitor your team's effectiveness in your designated area of responsibility and report any issues to your direct manager. Bonus’ are available for certain criteria*
- Make sure your team has adequate resources to complete the day
- Hold a good knowledge of the PO dashboard
- Remove inventory from trucks and place it into Goods In Areas.
- Accurately mark deliveries as “Checked In” or “Partially Checked In” as they arrive.
- Use the “release to XD” function for the correct PO when about to start scanning in.
- Be able to scan items into a PO accurately
- Report damaged or missing inventory to Admin
- Be able to pick from XD cages and to put GI away at a good speed.
- Required to pick items from shelf locations at the rate given by operations, using the scanner system
- Be able to operate manual handling equipment
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- You may be required to perform warehouse inventory controls
- You must have a good understanding of these tasks and be able to assist if required to do so:

- Package items and label correctly, securely and effectively at the rate given by operations
- Count and display post on pallets and within bags for collection
