**Have you got what it takes?**
There’s no doubt about it, Bar and Waiting jobs are fast paced, but they are also great fun. You’ll be the face of Marston’s, welcoming customers with a smile and looking after them throughout their visit. Cheerful, energetic, and enthusiastic, you love the hustle and bustle of pub service.

As part of the Bar and Waiting team you’ll:

- **Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere**:

- **Be knowledgeable** when taking orders, serve - and upsell - our fantastic food and drinks
- **Be passionate** about providing brilliant customer service
- **Care about the wider team**, turning your hand to support wherever needed

We’re not looking for experience - although it would be great if you had some - as we’ll provide all the training, you’ll need to get you up to speed with how we like things done. What we do need are hardworking, team players bursting with personality and a passion for people.
