**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop engaging and persuasive copy for our tourism clients, including but not limited to: press releases, op-eds, thought-leadership content, news alerts, interview alerts, pitches, blog posts.

2. Conduct thorough research on tourism-related topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and credibility of content.

3. Collaborate with the relevant members of the tourism team to understand project requirements and goals, and translate them into effective written communication.

4. Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and materials.

5. Edit and proofread written content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for PR campaigns and initiatives.

8. Continuously strive to improve and optimize copywriting techniques to achieve maximum impact and results.

9. Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

2. Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats across the tourism sector.

3. Excellent command of the English language, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

4. Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to align copy with brand strategies and target audience preferences.

5. Proficiency in conducting research and synthesizing information from reliable sources.

6. Familiarity with SEO principles and practices to optimize copy for search engines is a plus.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

9. Proficiency in using content management systems, project management tools, and other relevant software.

10. Ability to adapt writing style and tone to match different brand voices and target audiences.
