Pertemps Redditch are looking for a superstar to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to cover recruitment across the Worcester area.
We don’t expect you to have recruitment experience, but typically your previous work history may have included Estate Agent, Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service or any other role that is customer focused/target driven.
**Your role**:You will be joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and you’ll receive ALL the training you'll need to be a successful Consultant and develop a thriving career in recruitment.
Your first three months with include your induction to the company and we’ll get you started with your learning and development.We are well known for our outstanding training
- Understanding your clients’ job vacancy requirements.
- Writing and advertising job vacancies.
- Networking with clients to win new business.

**The Redditch team and location**:The Redditch team are a really friendly bunch, (you may have already seen some of the team on TikTok), with a variety of skills and experience behind them.Besides the fact you’ll be keeping great company, you’ll also be provided with all the training andleading technology you will need to do your job
