- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a consistently high standard, following our set menus and recipes.
- Run the kitchen day-to-day, keeping service smooth, clean, and efficient with great attention to detail.
- Work with seasonal, locally sourced produce (most within five miles).
- Maintain excellent food hygiene standards and support a positive, team-driven environment.
- Engage warmly with customers when needed, sharing our passion for local food and practices.
- Communicate clearly and work closely with the owner and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Always follow clear instructions from the owner and stay true to our company values, referring any concerns directly to them.
