Our client is a high profile research-driven pharmaceutical company who are looking for a talented and driven Finance Systems Analyst. You will be an innovative and proactive individual who identifies areas of opportunity and manage new ideas to help developand improve the finance systems. With an office based in Buckinghamshire, this role offers a flexible, **hybrid working** schedule along with a handsome remuneration package.

As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst you will work as a developer and trainer helping to implement system solutions that advance the financial planning platform [Longview]. Demonstrating proficiency in designing and implementing models, you will work collaborativelywith technology and business groups to conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and technology solutions that solve significant scientific or business problems. You will Investigate, identify, and implement state-of-the-art technology platformsthat drive productivity and efficiency gains in own function and throughout multiple business areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Symbol/dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, and data validation processes as part of Financial Planning Systems.
- Work with management to further develop forecasting tools (i.e. Longview)
- Develop technical design specifications and analyse data to create data structures, dimensions, and measures.
- Data Modelling, design and implementation based on best practices and recognized standards.
- Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
- Propose solutions and identify source of variance root cause
- Provide Business Partnership training, encouraging and prioritising the use of Longview.
- Continually seek to improve existing methods and processes.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s Degree B.S. or B.A. in Business (Accounting/Finance) required.
- finance/accounting experience.
- experience in developing end-to-end planning analytics solutions.
