**Retail Sales Advisor Opportunity at Decor Supplies**

**36.5 Hours per week over 5 days - To include Saturdays**

**Permanent**

**Wage - £11.50 to £12.50 per hour depending on experience**

At Decor Supplies, we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and friendly retail Sales Advisor.

**About Us**

**Retail Sales Advisor Responsibilities**
- Providing exceptional service to customers to deliver upon our reputation for quality service.
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
- Mixing paint for customers, processing specialist orders, and placing orders with our suppliers.
- Helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the showroom.
- Dealing with telephone inquiries.
- Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
- Assisting with stock maintenance.
- Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store.
- Keeping our Warehouse organised and safe, in line with company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- An approachable, open, and friendly personality, happy to help both customers and colleagues.
- The ability to work and support a team, while also being reliable as an individual.
- A keenness to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
