At Early Buds Nursery, Early Years Educators play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn through play. We expect our Educators to have the knowledge and experience to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children to develop and flourish.

**Our expectations from our Early Years Educator colleagues**:

- Must have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Must have a Level 2 equivalent or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
- Have experience of working with young children in a n early years setting.
- Must have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer 2 types of working hours to suit your lifestyle choices:
**5 day shifts: 7:15am to 4:15pm or 9:15am to 6:15pm**

**4 day shifts: 7:15am - 6:15pm or 8:00am to 6:15pm**

**Flexi Shifts - Available Upon Request**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £27,540.00 per year
