Investigo are working alongside a global property organisation to recruit multiple Assistant Accountants into their team. This represents a great opportunity for a junior finance professional to kick start their career and develop their skill-set. They arebased in the city and operate a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two from home.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Client Accountants with periodic reporting to clients.
- Updating and maintaining various systems via task manager or clients own procedures.
- Instruct treasury/AP teams both internally and externally where appropriate (following the relevant approvals and procedures) relating to: 1) Payment of client/property related transactions 2) Bank reconciliations 3) Suspense management 4) General managementof client funds i.e. service charge and non recoverable supplier payments, tenant refunds etc
- Manage and maintain the property and tenant (lease) database for all clients under remit
- Input Client payable invoices and purchase orders on client systems working with team property administrator on quarterly budget reports and forecasts.
- Manage housekeeping of Lease data and financial data on databases.
- Ensure full understanding of all current, updated and newly created Internal Procedures that relate to the accounts function
Other Responsibilities
- Manage specific communication between your line manager, Surveyor, Treasury, Service Charge and Operational teams in order to deliver the Finance service for your client.
- Reconciliation of car park, mall and other income streams
