An incredible opportunity has arisen to have the chance of joining a well-established UK engineering business located in Fife as an experienced Piping Superintendent where you will be responsible for the development of major UK projects.

your duties and responsibilities will be
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach to the role through the identification of improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical support in all aspects of a multi-discipline team.
- Ensure correct materials and equipment are available for the work scope and project, working with the procurement team.
- Challenge the norm and drive safety and efficiency in the field.
- Hold regular safety and planning meetings with Supervision (Task Owners) to set expectations and performance.
- Operate and build relationships with the leadership team, direct reports and general workforce, include client, sub-contracting and vendor

you will have the following qualifications & experience
- Mechanical or piping NVQ / Apprenticeship
- Experienced in either piping or mechanical
- Supervisory experience.
