Would you like to teach the next generation of employment advisors? How about a remote / home-based role? This is a great move for someone with the assessor qualification, who has also worked in an employability role.

You will be joining a large charity recognised as a great place to work (investors in people) and recognised as a ‘Best Employer’. You will be delivering the IEP Level 3 qualification to individuals currently working within the employability sector both internally (for the providers staff) and externally (to other employability providers). The learners might be trainees or established employment advisors who are all committed to professional development.

This is a remote based role, so apart from occasionally travelling out to see learners (this could be national, but travel is paid) you will be happy working at home most of the time.

It is essential that you have the assessors award, as well as having an established background as an employability professional (so will have worked as an employment advisor or similar in the past).
