- Projektleitung in der Umsetzung von M&A und ECM Projekten im Real Estate Sektor
- Prüfung und Überarbeitung von integrierten Finanzmodellen, Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen
- Akquisition von und Verhandlungen mit Mandanten und potentiellen Investoren
- Koordination von internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben für jüngere Teammitglieder

**IHR PROFIL**
- 6-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Tier 1 Investmentbanking mit Real Estate Fokus
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines relevanten Studiums mit ausgezeichnetem Notenbild
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten
- Belastbarkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Engagement
- Starke Teamorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
