As a Field Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be:

- To win over customers and switch them to Payments Managed. With our market-leading proposition, you'll have the tools to not only meet but exceed sales targets.
- You'll be engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various industries, from hairdressers to bars and restaurants etc.
- At Payments Managed, we have incredible savings and excellent customer service, which have earned us a top rating on Trust Pilot. You'll have the opportunity to showcase these features to potential customers, providing them with the peace of mind that they are making the right choice.
- In today's market, everyone is looking to save money, and that's where you come in. With our competitive rates and cash back incentives, you'll be able to provide a cost-saving for most customers. Your ability to highlight these savings will be crucial in winning over new clients.
- As a successful Field Sales Agent, you will be expected to sign 15 new customers per calendar month.

**Experience**:

- While industry experience is not necessary, proof of previous success in a sales role is a must. We're looking for someone with a competitive nature, driven to earn high commissions and incentives. Your track record of hitting targets and delivering results will set you apart.
- A key aspect of this role is your ability to connect with people. Cold calling in the field every day requires tenacity, but it also provides ample opportunities for referrals, networking, and relationship building. As a true people person, you'll thrive in this environment and use your exceptional communication skills to create meaningful connections.
- Good organisation and planning skills are critical to success in this role. You will need to manage your time effectively, set priorities, and stay focused on achieving your goals. With the support and resources provided by Payments Managed, you'll be equipped to excel in this demanding yet rewarding position.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive package:

- starting salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £50,000
