We are currently one of the top-rated restaurants in Sussex and are currently looking for Waiting Staff / Bar Staff to join our talented team to continue providing fantastic service.

Our freshly made Rosette standard seasonal menu is key to our business. It features modern British cuisine that combine the classics alongside more contemporary dishes. We also run specials which change daily.

In addition to this we also cater for large group bookings, weddings, and buffets so there is always plenty of variety.

**We are looking for someone who**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take orders.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Is confident & passionate about working in the hospitality industry
- Has the personality to wow our guests
- Loves new challenges
- Understands great customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
