Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of Performance Marketing Specialists in a period of rapid transformation? We are seeking a talented and strategic Head of Performance Marketing to work on a hybrid basis from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will optimize our digital performance and contribute directly to our revenue and customer growth targets. Key Responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a performance marketing strategy across digital media, including; SEO, paid search, display, paid social, and organic campaigns
- Collaborating with stakeholders to shape yearly plans that align with business growth targets and brand objectives
- Leading, motivating and growing a team of performance marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Working closely with the marketing leadership team to ensure all activities support the broader brand and customer goals
- Championing a digital-first approach, driving cultural shift and enhancing the organization's understanding of the role of digital
- Acting as a key point of contact with our digital media agency and strategic partners, optimizing activity and leveraging their tools and capabilities
- Identifying and onboarding new partners to enhance our skill and capability mix, staying at the forefront of digital marketing
- Contributing to our digital transformation project, focusing on personalization and performance goals
- Creating and analysing performance reports, providing insights to drive department and business decision-making
- Continually testing and optimising campaigns and funnels to enhance effectiveness and drive maximum return on investment

**About you**
- A proven track record in a performance marketing and/or digital marketing leadership role
- Experience in building and developing teams to meet business needs
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing engine building, including; tracking, attribution, automation and optimization on web and app platforms
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Video, Meta/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, and leveraging first-party data
- Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions, digital data analytics and programmatic platforms
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into meaningful action
- Excellent relationship-building skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, delivering projects on time and within budget
- Highly analytical, leveraging data to drive insights and make strategic decisions
- Effective communication skills, translating complex concepts for non-specialist audiences
- Experience in FMCG or subscription businesses is desirable
