**Middlegate Lodge (formerly part of Craegmoor) is a Residential Home providing support for up to 6 adults living with a primary Mental Health diagnosis and possible other complex conditions. Middlegate Lodge is a sister site with Glebe House there may be the chance of cross site working with the other local home required.**:
***Some individuals also have difficulty with communication and present behaviours that challenge, as well as a range of other conditions such as epilepsy or learning disability. Some of the individuals with mental health issues may self-harm and have complex personality disorders, depression, bipolar disorder or other conditions that they need support with.**
**Previous experience of working with adults with Mental ill health and/or behaviours that challenge would be beneficial for this position, but not essential as on the job training will be given.**

**As a bank Team Leader you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, medications, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.**
**This role is specifically for sleep in/nights. Occassional day shifts may be available.**

**Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more**
**Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge.**
**Whilst drivers are able to take residents out and about, you don’t need to be a driver to work here - we employ many non-drivers too**
