We are looking for an experienced kitchen team member to join our busy kitchen team at Isaac Wilson. The job will be part-time but permanent. Initially 12 hours per week but more hours may be available.

**Pay negotiable depending on experience etc.**

The right person will be able to prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently with the key aim of delivering food to our customers within 15 minutes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring the highest consistent standards are achieved on their shift.
- Ensure that all food and associated products are prepared, cooked, served and presented in accordance with Company standards
- Ensure that food is served within the 15-minute service aim
- Maintain food product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions.
- Adhere to the Company’s stock control procedures
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times throughout the day, adopting the Clean As You Go philosophy and dispose of waste appropriately. Where required to do so support in ensuring other areas of the pub are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines throughout the day, adopting the Company’s CAYG philosophy
- Complete all appropriate Company documentation and key tasks on every shift
- Respect and maintain Company equipment and report any issues to their line manager immediately
- Adhere to the Company’s Uniform Policy at all times when on duty
- Maintain a high level of attendance and time keeping in line with their schedule (rota)
- Adhere to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, Customs and Excise, food hygiene, health and safety and Company Policy. Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) at all times.
- Carry out any reasonable instruction given by any member of the Pub Management team, including carrying out other or additional duties you are asked to do to meet the needs or requirements of the business.
- Maintain continuous development of their personal knowledge and abilities by completing on the job training and attending workshops as required.

Essential Requirements:

- Have Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Have a UK bank account in your own name
- Be able to converse in English and understand the language sufficiently to complete any training or other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility associated with your job role.
- Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the pub
