**Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday**, Saturday on a rota basis. **Peak season requirements of weekend work**:

- Flexibility to meet operational needs, with advance notice for scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Runcorn/Warrington
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows.
- Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations.

**What We Offer**:

- **Competitive Pay**: £215 per day, paid weekly (2 weeks in arrears)

- **Permanent Role**: Full-time, stable position with a Monday-to-Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota basis. During peak months (October to December) there are requirements for Saturday and Sunday working days on a rota basis
- **Training & Support**: Comprehensive onboarding, including health and safety, data protection, and client-specific training.

**Requirements**:

- A large panel Van, that you have sourced yourself (Rental or owned)
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with fewer than 6 penalty points and no serious Endorsements).
- Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, Lead driver or Manager in contracts such as Evri/DPD/DHL etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a desire to progress to a supervisory role and beyond
- Comfortable with Delivery devices or a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning.
- Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
