**The Role**

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and who is willing and able to go the extra mile to ensure the customer experience is second to none.

You’ll need a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times. A ‘can do’ attitude and superb attention to detail.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

- Being helpful and courteous to guests and team at all times and carrying out all guest requests promptly.
- Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in all public areas including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and equipping the toilets with supplies according to brand standard.
- Removing any rubbish from public areas.
- Reporting any cleaning and maintenance defects in any public area to the Housekeeping Manager, i.e. floor stains, marks to walls, any marks to furniture.
- Cleaning bedrooms as and when required.
