**The Role**
- Attending events with colleagues
- 360 recruitment process
- Reporting on all levels including lead recruiters, director, and client.

**Key Skills**
- Ability to work under-pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be able to multitask and prioritise work load and work on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills, including word, excel and outlook.
- Excellent customer service
- Be organised and be able to work to strict time frames.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
- Driving licence _(preferred but not essential)_
- Must be able to take on board and listen to instruction first time
