We’re looking for a **Sales and Marketing Assistant** to play an important role within our sales team based in **Portsmouth**. This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
You’ll liaise with customers to determine their preferences for notifications regarding available properties and develop processes and procedures to ensure customers receive the correct information on property launches and alerts.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales/marketing professional to join our team While a qualification in Marketing or Business administration is desirable, you'll also ideally have a general understanding of social housing and the housing market, although this is not essential. Preferably, you'll have experience in new home sales and marketing and a track record of meeting deadlines. Ultimately, you’ll have the interpersonal skills necessary to support managers and peers, and the ability to adapt your communication to the level necessary and will be determined to succeed and grow with VIVID.

**A driving licence with a car available for business use is essential.**
