We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our clients growing finance team. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, gaining a high level of exposure to all transnational elements of finance.

**Description**
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Supplier communication and resolving queries
- Preparation of monthly accruals
- Post credit card and expense transactions
- Purchases ledger control account reconciliation
- Ad hoc duties
- Raising credit notes
- Dealing with customer queries in relation to their account
- Maintaining confidential customer information
- Updating customer relationship management systems
- Providing management with key reports
**Profile**
- A background working within a Purchase Ledger role would be beneficial
- AAT Studier (Not essential)
- Confident Excel User
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
