- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Cash up & closing up the store may be required

- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends

Pay: £8.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
