**£26,500 + Performance Bonus (OTE £32,000)**

**Hours: 8:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Saturday Morning 8:00 to 12:30)**

**The Trade Parts Sales Representative Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Listening carefully to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements

+ Uses a good understanding of the customer’s needs and the products that are available to guide them towards the product that will best meet their needs

+ Quoting prices and availability of Toyota Parts and accessories to customers

+ Encouraging the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible

+ Helping to co-ordinate the centre’s stock holdings to agreed standards

+ Ordering parts on behalf of the Service team & Trade Customer

+ Completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately

+ Ensuring all centre personnel have access to parts needed to complete the next day work schedule

+ Ensuring opportunities for parts sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist

**About you**:
+ Hold a Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

+ Enjoy constantly meeting new people and building rapport and connections

+ Have strong communication skills and enjoy communicating with trade customers both written and verbally

+ Passionate about the automotive industry and want to work in the world’s biggest manufacturer

+ Organised and flexible

+ Hard-working and proactive

+ Enjoy working as part of a team and assisting colleagues
