**Food Production Operative - Cheltenham**

**Temp to Perm - £9.50 per hour**

Our Client are actively seeking Food Production Operatives to join their thriving business on a temp to perm basis.

Due a period of growth leading to a move to larger premises, the Company are now looking for Food Production Operatives to join their expanding team.

**Duties of this Food Production Operative role include**:

- Assisting the team leaders in ensuring smooth running of the shift
- Ensuring goods are produced to schedule and to high quality standards
- Following recipes and producing items as required by the supervisor
- Following recipes exactly
- Reporting any problems to the supervisor
- An awareness of HACCP as trained to appreciate the necessity of understanding the need for temperature control, delivery of raw materials, sieving, metal detection and chocolate awareness.
- To maintain personal standards of cleanliness as set out by the Hygiene Rules QM037.
- Cleaning during and after the shift as required
- Other tasks may be allocated to staff upon agreement with the staff member and the line manager and adequate training will be given.
- Attendance and participation in staff meetings when called
- To pack and despatch various items sold as per instructions

You will initially work on a temporary basis with a view to being taken on as a permanent member of staff with the business.
