We are looking for telemarketers to joing our client based in Glasgow and Edinburgh. This is a full time, permanent hybrid role, working from home and visitng the office roughly twice per month or when required.
- 50-60 calls per day, both warm and cold leads
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales programme
- Answer potential clients’ questions
- Generate 1-2 appointments per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Previous experience in a similar, telemarketer role is essential.

Hours of work can be flexible as long as you work the core hours 10-3 and 10-2 on a Friday.

Extensive training will be provided along with a company laptop, mobile phone and any other equipment needed.
