Fish Fryer

We are looking for a Fryer for Rock & Sole, our traditional fish and chip shop.**The purpose of the role**:

- Providing an outstanding Fish & Chip takeaway experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all
- Ensuring the food venue is kept clean and presentable
- Keeping the outside and inside dining areas clear of any rubbish and waste
- Making sure that you are washing, cleaning and sanitising of all catering equipment
- Re-stocking fridges/freezers and stock areas where appropriate.
- Maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness of the Traditional Fish and Chip Restaurant
- Must cook all food to company brand standards
- You will also ensure all Company Policies and relevant legislation is adhered to**We are looking for someone with**:

- Previous experience in a similar high paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
