General hours of work are 45 hours per week, between 8am and 5pm.

**Responsibilities**:
The Traffic Management Project Coordinator is a pivotal role within our business as you will take full responsibility for scheduling all activities. You will report to the Project Manager to assist in logístically managing the workload of a team of Traffic Management Operatives to ensure they are under-taking work at the expected standards, times and locations.

This will include:
Scheduling planned and reactive traffic management works to our supporting depots, liaising with operatives regarding the day-to-day business, joining meetings with clients, dealing with TMA queries from the client, reviewing of scheduled works, assisting in the end to end process for delivery of works, liaising with clients on job specific requirements and maintaining accurate data on internal and external systems.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Confident to work with bespoke IT systems where training will be give.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Ability to quickly resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts

We would appreciate:

- Traffic management experience, but this is not essential
- Scheduling & Planning experience, again not essential as full raining will be provided

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
