Payroll Administrator

My client is based in North Manchester. Has a great opportunity for a part-time payroll administrator to take on a sole role. You would be looking after 80 clients and based in the office. Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them ona part-time basis.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Practice Manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly and weekly payroll of the clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process timesheets, hours, overtime & allowances.
- New starters/leavers.
- SSP/SMP/SPP.
- Manage holiday payment calculations.
- Reconcile payroll on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Reporting on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Dealing with payroll queries from employees.
**Requirements**:
- SAGE desirable not essential.
- Previous experience doing Payroll administration.
- Willing to learn and develop.
- No-nonsense attitude to work.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good systems skills including MS Excel.
